Support Services
itBegins Consulting support services are here for your convenience. In exchange for a small monthly fee, you'll get priority attention from us - depending on your service level we can guarantee response times to email of under 24 hours, provide direct phone line support, available 24/7 and limited consulting services. All of this is included in your monthly fee. Furthermore, you benefit from a reduction in our hourly rates for services that fall outside the monthly fee.
We have four levels of support service, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Pick the one most appropriate for your organization, you can change it at any time.

Platinum Service
Available for £200 a month
Benefits include:
- Direct phone support, between 9am and 8pm GMT every day
- Email support free of charge
- Up to seven hours of consulting per month included
- A discount of 20% from our standard hourly rate of £30 on work which falls outside the included hours.
Gold Service
Available for £95 a month
Benefits include:
- Direct phone support, between 9am and 5pm GMT every day
- Email support free of charge
- Up to three hours of consulting per month included
- A discount of 15% from our standard hourly rate of £30 on work which falls outside the included hours.
Silver Service
Available for £65 a month
Benefits include:
- Email support free of charge
- Two hours of consulting per month included
- A discount of 10% from our standard hourly rate of £30 on work which falls outside the included hours.
Bronze Service
Available for £20 a month
Benefits include:
- Email support free of charge
- A discount of 5% from our standard hourly rate of £30.
