Services Terms
Our services have a number of terms and conditions which you should read before entering into an agreement with us. The terms below apply to all our services, including the support services (additional terms for support service contracts below).
- All prices are quoted in GB£ with an equivalent price in US$
- 25% deposit is required prior to starting any service.
- Payment is required in full upon delivery of the finished project, unless an alternative agreement has been reached.
- By entering into a contract with us you agree to these terms.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer (details available on request), cheque or through the online service Paypal (a handling charge of 3% is applied to Paypal transactions).
Support Services Terms
- The discounted hourly rate only applies once the monthly fee for the current month has been paid.
- Phone support is deducted from the included consulting hours. Any phone time outside the included hours will be billed at the usual hourly rate of £30.
- Reasonable email support is free (i.e not deducted from your included consulting hours). However, this is limited to avoid abuse - up to 10 emails will be answered daily, however should a response require extended research this will be deducted from the included consulting hours. You will be notified if this is the case.
- Time will be tracked by itBegins Consulting, and you will be notified when your remaining included hours deplete. You may request a statement of hours remaining at any time. Further hours may be purchased at any time subject to the first condition, above.
- Extra hours purchased but remaining unused will remain available for 12 months from the date of purchase. No refund is available for unused hours.
- Monthly included hours do not accumulate if left unused, however extra hours purchased in addition can be carried over as detailed above.
- Regular service hours are from 9am to 6pm (unless otherwise stated). Service required outside these hours is billed at 1.5 times the normal rate. Included hours will be used at 150% of normal speed in this case.
